Note: You may print out these forms or fill them out online. If you print out the form to complete, please return it to the Office of the Registrar located at the J. Leonard and Grace Neal Campus - Kingman. If you are at the Bullhead City Campus, Lake Havasu City Campus, or the North Mohave Campus, please return the paperwork to the Financial Aid Office. They will forward the paperwork to the Office of the Registrar. The VA Certifying Official will forward the paperwork to the Muskogee Regional Processing Center.
Please remember to fill out the MCC OVA forms to complete your request for VA Education Benefits for the current semester.
All students using VA Education Benefits are required to submit their transcripts from all previous educational institutions, including military transcripts. Failure to do so will result in a hold on your VA Education Benefits being paid. |
