TSS ADVISORY COMMITTEES

ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY COMMITTEE (ATAC)

• Chair:    Chaired by the vice chancellor for information technology
• Meetings:   Monthly during the academic year (no meeting in July or December)
• Membership:  Campus presidents, human resources director, financial services director, representative from the registrar's office.
• Charge:  ATAC is charged by the chancellor with coordinating concerns and objectives of college constituencies regarding technical support of administrative functions of the college.

The chair ensures that copies of the proceedings of all meetings of the ATAC are provided to all interested parties, college-wide, within two working days of adjournment.

INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY COMMITTEE (ITAC)

• Chair:    Chaired by the vice chancellor for information technology
• Meetings:   Monthly during the academic year (no meeting in July or December)
• Membership:  Dean for distance education, dean of instruction, a faculty member from each campus as appointed by the vice chancellor for information technology.
• Charge:  ITAC is charged by the chancellor with coordinating concerns and objectives of college constituencies regarding technical support of academic needs.

The chair ensures that copies of the proceedings of all meetings of the ITAC are provided to all interested parties, college-wide, within two working days of adjournment.
