• Chair:    Chaired by the vice chancellor for administration
• Meetings:   Monthly during the academic year
• Membership:  Vice chancellor for administration, vice chancellor for instruction and student services, vice chancellor for information technology, campus presidents, college-wide deans, faculty representative from each campus as appointed by the Campus Communications Council.
• Charge:  TSSAC is charged by the chancellor with coordinating concerns and objectives of college constituencies regarding technology support services and providing recommendations to the chancellor.  Subcommittees of the Committee, such as Administrative Computing and Internet/Intranet assist TSSAC in evaluating and making recommendations regarding technology issues.

The chair ensures that copies of the proceedings of all meetings of the SBC are provided to all interested parties, college-wide, within two working days of adjournment.
