Do pain or stress have you tied in knots? “EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique” - the topic of a free public Coffee at the College on March 5 sponsored by Mohave Community College’s Community Outreach program - may help you solve that problem.
John Parson of Kingman will address “EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique,” which, he says, “is an advanced acupressure technique that relieves physical pain and emotional problems - sometimes in just a few minutes.”
“EFT often works when nothing else has,” Parson said. “It is a self-administered technique that can be learned very quickly by just about anyone as a life-long tool.”
Parson has more than 25 years experience in natural healing, and he has had training in massage therapy, foot reflexology, Jin Shin Do acupressure, Quantum Touch, Spring Forest Qigong, nutritional healing and advanced training in EFT.
The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. in Room 200F of Student Center (Building 200) on MCC’s Neal Campus-Kingman. Refreshments will be served.
