Mohave Community College

Mohave Community College has many many resources available to students to enhance your college life. Read all about them today.

Library Services - In addition to serving college students, MCC’s four, full-service campus libraries are open to all residents of Mohave County and surrounding communities. The library is also accessible 24/7 here on the Internet.

Disability Services - A physical or learning disability should not stand between any citizen and a higher education. MCC’s office of Disability Services strives to provide all students with access to classes and activities on all four MCC campuses. Accommodations are also available with advance notice for members of the community who wish to attend events at the college.

Supplemental Instruction - Everyone has strong subjects and weak ones. If you find that a particular class is going to be a greater challenge than you anticipated, take immediate action. Click on the Supplemental Instruction link on the right for more information.

Student Life - Lifelong memories and friendships are forged during your time in college when you make the time to get involved with events, clubs, student government or other activities on campus.

Bookstore - Barnes & Noble has partnered with Mohave Community College to provide bookstore services on the college’s three southern campuses, however, the North Mohave campus bookstore is not. The bookstores are open to the community as well for school supplies, MCC merchandise and more.

College Preparatory Services - Life can interrupt your pursuit of an education. If you didn’t finish high school, or barely got through, MCC can help you with refresher courses in basic courses such as English, math and writing. Once you have mastered those skills, you can move on to college-level courses and toward a new, rewarding career. GED preparation and testing are available at MCC for those who do not have a high school diploma. GED preparation is free at MCC, but there is a charge for the state examination.

Academic Advising  - Career and academic guidance is available to all students at MCC. Even if you “don’t know what you want to be when you grow up” you will find answers on how to pursue an education that will lead to a richer, more rewarding life.

Parking - Finding a parking place on an MCC campus has never been a problem. The campuses enjoy wide open spaces and new lots are added as the campuses grow. Parking lots are clearly marked on the MCC campus maps.
