Microsoft Software
Employees can request Microsoft Office media under the college's software licensing agreement as follows:

Print, read, and complete the Microsoft Media Request form (located in the online Information Repository).

Submit the completed form along with your payment to the Business Office, Mail Stop 102, attn: Beth Snyder. The Business Office will indicate the payment status on the form and will forward it to TSS for final processing.

Depending on what you indicate on the form, a TSS representative will either call you when the media is ready for pick-up, or it will be sent to you via inter-campus mail.
