  • Placement Evaluation - Accommodations are available on the Placement Evaluation; please bring your documentation to the Disability Services Specialist on your campus 72 hours in advance of your evaluation appointment.
  • DES Sight Conservation Program - “The Sight Conservation program provides eye examinations, glasses and other services for the prevention or correction of eye problems to individuals 21 or more years of age who are receiving TAF, GA or SSI, and/or are AHCCCS eligible.
  • Literacy Council - For help with reading and learning in English or English as a second language.
  • Special Event Accommodations - Please call the Disability Services office at 757-0813 as soon as possible and a minimum of 72 hours before any ceremony during which you or a guest will need accommodations for our events.
