The TSS Help Desk is your one stop shop for technology support. Mohave Community College has implemented a 24 hours / 7 days a week Help Desk to better serve our customers.
Help Desk staff are able to resolve many technology issues right over the phone, at any time of the day or night. If the Help Desk staff determines that the problem requires an on-site technician's attention, they will create a new Help Desk Case in the system. The assigned technician will see the new case on the next business day (if your call is made outside normal TSS hours), and the problem will be addressed as quickly as possible after that.
Customers automatically receive an email notification whenever a new support case is opened for them in the Help Desk system. The email provides the case number, status of the case, a short description of the problem, and the case history.
Customers will receive another automatic email notification when their case has been closed in the system. Within the Case Closed email message is a link to a short Customer Satisfaction Survey. All survey responses are reviewed by TSS management, and the feedback received is used to improve our processes. TSS appreciates your help in improving our customer service by taking a moment to complete the brief survey each time we close a Help Desk Case for you.
