The Office of College Communications (OCC) collaborates with all academic divisions, departments, and campuses across the College to support a wide range of communications and marketing needs. The services provided mirror those typically found in a marketing agency, public and government relations firm, newsroom, and production studio. The OCC team develops all collateral in-house, ensuring consistent and effective messaging. To learn more about the services offered, please visit the Office of College Communications webpage.
He enjoys working with teams to develop and disseminate clear, concise and compelling messaging that raises awareness and engages audiences on all digital and traditional media platforms. By leveraging in-depth performance metric analysis he ensures every decision is data-driven to maximize engagement and deliver meaningful impact.
Prior to joining the College, Mr. Jarman was an award-winning television news producer, anchor and reporter in Colorado and Oregon. During his career in the media he received dozens of awards of excellence for visual storytelling, and worked as a producer, photographer, editor, reporter, anchor and newsroom manager. He also launched a marketing and public relations company.
When he’s not helping share the College story, you will find him spending quality time with his family. An interesting note, Mr. Jarman also worked as a professional whitewater raft guide on rivers in Washington, Oregon and Colorado.
