Thank you for your interest in Mohave Community College, and our student housing program! Currently, Student Housing is only available on the Bullhead City Campus. We are accepting applications for Mohave Village Apartments, our single-student apartment community.

Steps to Apply

New and Returning Residents

If you’ve been accepted to Mohave Community College for the 2025-2026 academic year, you will need to complete the Student Housing Application using the online form OR a printed PDF application between Tuesday, Feb 18th to Friday, August 15, 2025. Please read through the important resources below.

February 18  |  Fall Semester – Housing Application Process Opens

Apply for Student Housing

Priority Deadlines: 
Returning Residents: Friday, April 25th
New Residents: Tuesday, June 6th 

In mid-June official housing assignments will be made at which time a Welcome Packet/Apartment and Roommate Assignment Letter will be sent that includes more information about your new on-campus apartment.

All Summer housing requests should be directed to the Office of Residence Life at ResLife@mohave.edu.

Applicant Checklist

1. Fill out the Student Housing Application
2. Make a $300 housing deposit

3. Immunizations Requirements and Protocol. Provide proof of vaccinations (MMR must be completed at least 10 days prior to move-in). Mohave Community College requires all students and staff living on campus to provide documentation after their housing assignment has been made, that they have the following immunizations, documented immunity, or that they request an immunization exemption/waiver due to medical reasons or personal religious beliefs.
